Don B. Wilkerson - President

Don is a native Nevadan with over 25 years of experience in the local real estate community. He began is career as a real estate appraiser specializing in apartment, office and shopping center valuations. He has taught appraisal courses for the University of Nevada System, as well as courses for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM^®). He was a qualified expert witness in real estate valuations in Washoe, Douglas and Lyon county District Courts as well as U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Court.

Don has developed many successful real estate projects including apartment, office and flex warehouse developments.
