Richard S. Gaston - Chairman of the Board

Dick has been actively involved in the Northern Nevada real estate industry for more than 35 years. In 1975, he founded Gaston and Company, a property management company that managed real estate valued at $157 million at the time it was sold in 1983. A Certified Property Manager^®, Dick has been a court appointed receiver on several occassions, and has established many successful limited partnership and limited liability company real estate investments.
