Gaston & Wilkerson Management Group was founded in 1991 by Dick Gaston and Don Wilkerson as a means to share with others the expertise they had gained through many years of highly successful corporate and personal real estate ownership and leverage.
Their absolute demand for precision management tools and information access was a focus of their personal success and they saw that distinction as a valuable asset to be share with others desiring maximum performance from their real estate investments.
Gaston & Wilkerson Management Group as members and supporters of IREM®, annually visit Washington D.C. and Capitol Hill to urge their congressional leaders to support legislation on key issues favorable to the real estate management industry such as bankruptcy reform, energy and the role of banks in real estate management.
It is the singular focus and attention to detail that has allowed Gaston & Wilkerson Management Group to continue to set the standard for Management excellence in Reno Nevada.

President
Donald B. Wilkerson, CPM®
Don along with Richard Gaston founded Gaston & Wilkerson Management Group in 1991 and is the President and managing partner of the firm. Gaston Wilkerson is a full service property management company managing all types of assets. He holds the Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation and has over 20 years experience managing multi-family properties, home owner’s associations, retail and industrial properties in Nevada.
Gaston and Wilkerson management Group has been recognized by The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) as an Accredited Management Organization® (AMO), which symbolizes the highest standards of professionalism, financial performance and ethics. Only 525 firms have passed the rigorous requirements necessary to earn the AMO accreditation.
Don is a second-generation Nevada resident. After graduating from the University of Nevada in 1980 with a degree and economics and finance, Don began practicing real estate appraisal with William G. Kimmel and Assoc. For 10 years during that time he instructed real estate appraisal for the University of Nevada system. His appraisal background included specializing in Multi family Retail and Industrial appraisals. As an appraiser Don was a qualified expert witness in both state and federal courts. Now he devotes his time to property management including but not limited to analysis for acquisitions, performance enhancement, as well as real estate investment and development.

Personal Interests:
- Don enjoys many activities such as Skiing, Bird hunting and exploring the Great State of Nevada.
Vice President
Debbie Warner, CPM®, ARM®, Supervisory Community Association Manager
Debbie joined Gaston & Wilkerson Management Group in 1994 and is the Vice President and a Partner in the firm. She holds the Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation and has over 20 years experience managing multi-family properties, home owner’s associations, and retail properties in Nevada and California. Debbie and her family have lived in the Reno area since 1991.
Debbie’s real estate experience includes directing due diligence teams, new property acquisitions, annual preparation and finalization of operating budgets, and preparation and implementation of management and marketing plans. Debbie was also instrumental in obtaining HUD approval of Gaston & Wilkerson Management Group for the management of properties utilizing HUD financing. She also works actively in oversight of Gaston Wilkerson Association Services specializing in the management of Home Owner’s Associations.
